Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)

This position serves as the Canandaigua VAMC Chief of Medical Services reporting directly to the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System Deputy Chief of Staff for Medicine and Specialties. This individual will have overall programmatic and clinical responsibility for the delivery of medical services at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center.. These services include: Primary Care, Specialty Care, Dental, Optometry, Podiatry, as well as medical support for Employee Health and the DOM. Responsibilities include critical onsite presence for daily operations, credentialing and privileging of providers, monitoring key clinical metrics, and formulating action plans as needed.
