Additionally, Chief of Staff may act as an advisor to the chief executive. May be responsible for the management of executive support staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to CEO or executive. The Chief of Staff manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Chief of Staff to CEO
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of Chief of Staff. This critical position will work closely with the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and growth of the organization. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including analytical planning and driving executive initiatives particularly within the context of IT Hardware Management. This is a 100% Onsite position and NOT Remote.
Chief of Staff Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner to the CEO:
- Work closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic initiatives, aligning these efforts with the overall vision and goals of the organization.
- Provide analysis of data from the production floor and sales transactions to drive initiatives.
Organizational Optimization:
- Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to IT Asset Management to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the executive team to support decision-making.
