Evaluates programs and recommends changes to improve care for childhood hospitalizations or disabilities. Being a Child Life Program Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Child Life Program Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Position: Teacher's Aid
About GREEN Life Child Development Center:
At GREEN Life, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and learn. Our center offers comprehensive early childhood education programs for children aged 6 weeks to kindergarten. We prioritize creativity, curiosity, and kindness in our approach to childcare.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum and activities for children
- Engage with children in various educational and recreational activities
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the safety and well-being of all children
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for engaging children in learning activities
