We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Clerk. As an Insurance Clerk, you will be responsible for administering all clerical aspects of our federally regulated crop insurance business. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all clerical aspects of our crop insurance business.
- Maintain and update customer records in accordance with federal regulations.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues or discrepancies
- Support clerical needs of our property and casualty business.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Need to be self motivated and willing to learn the administrative requirements of the crop insurance business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
