Claims Processing Director plans and directs one or more departments responsible for administration of health insurance claims, payment processing, billing research, and responding to inquiries. Establishes and implements organizational policies and procedures; may offer guidance on the appropriate handling of complex or high-value claims. Being a Claims Processing Director develops and executes strategic business plans for the department. Coordinates operations with other areas of the organization. Additionally, Claims Processing Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Claims Processing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are seeking a detailed and reliable Claims/Enrollments Specialist to join our fast-paced, high energy team. In this position you'll work with the Claims team to process participant claims. You'll also work with the Enrollments team to enter, update and term participants in the CRM systems and their elected pretax accounts. You'll often handle numerous client accounts, so attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will be keys to success in this position!
This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Training is onsite with the option to work remote, hybrid, or onsite after
The rate of pay for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hour
