Additionally, Claims Processing Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Undertake planning for planned maintenance activities and develop engineering details, scope of work, quality, and safety plans for field execution of maintenance work.
Track and report on maintenance performance indicators.

Qualifications
Qualifications : High School Diploma

Driver License
Experience :
At least 5 years’ production (heavy industrial plant) maintenance experience, including maintenance planning and scheduling.
Previous planning experience in a continuous production / process plant environment.
Has significant experience of fixed equipment, crushing, grinding, milling plant, rotating equipment and pressure vessels.
Previous experience as a scheduler is a significant asset
Supervisory / lead experience is preferred
