Where you fit :
The Batch Processing Operator is responsible for operating a wide range of equipment and processes to accurately and efficiently print, fold, insert and mail tax and utility notices to the residents of PUBLIQ Software customers.
This involves the daily operation of printers, folder / inserters, sheet cutters, and additional specialized equipment, as well as managing inventory, warehousing, and mail services utilizing established procedures.
Additionally, this position will produce assessor and digest books, various reports and guides, as well as multiple marketing materials throughout the year.
In addition to the above, this position also processes data from software to create vehicle tax notices, books, and guides on behalf of customers.
Reports To : Batch Operations Manager.
