Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Summary/objective
The Director of Private Client Services oversees the private client services team and provides administrative support to one or more Financial Advisors or Partners of the firm. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, creating households in the CRM, cashiering, ACH transfers, assisting clients, researching client problems, maintaining account records, and preparing client communication. Additional duties include scheduling client meetings, maintaining outlook calendars, and assisting with travel schedules.
An essential function of the role will be to provide leadership to the Client Service team.
