Client Services Director directs and oversees the implementation operations of an organization. Oversees a team responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions. Being an Client Services Director implements policies and creates procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality work. Ensures that the timelines, planning, scoping, and cost estimates support successful projects that meet the needs of the client organization. Additionally, Client Services Director tracks implementation timeliness and client issues and develops solutions to implementation problems or challenges. Develops team skills and expertise with coaching and training activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of technical specialty. Typically reports to senior management. The Client Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Client Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • The Mail Services Associate role is an integral part of day to day office activity. The primary function of the role is to scan, sort, log and distribute mail and documents to end users, process and ship outgoing mail/documents, assist print operators in print area. Handle all tasks related to the mail/print department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform the initial rough and fine sorts of incoming mail.
    • Sort inter-office mail to be redistributed to the end users.
    • Conduct mail runs at scheduled times throughout the day.
    • Deliver packages directly to employees during mail runs.
    • Obtain signature upon delivery of package.
    • Receive and log all incoming deliveries via logistics team
    • Log and scan all incoming documents via records team
    • File and retrieve documents as required either, hard copy, electronically or microfiche
    • Pick up outgoing packages upon request from employees.
    • Make the final mail/packages pick-ups from the floors at the end of the day.
    • Wrap and pack outgoing packages.
    • Process outgoing packages for courier and pouch pick-up.
    • Sort and meter outgoing mail.
    • Load copy paper into print equipment.
    • Review print queue for incoming jobs and initiate print job.
    • Maintain logs and all tracking for documents.

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year of office support or mail room experience preferred.
    • Ability to learn skills quickly.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Word and Excel.
    • Ability to navigate internal software programs.
    • Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

    Physical Demands:

    • Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
    • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
    • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)
    • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
