Meals on Wheels Plus is dedicated to the mission of assisting individuals to live independently by providing nutrition and caring, supportive services. We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Client Services Specialist.
Responsible for working in the call center to provide assistance to Home Delivered Meal clients and volunteers that are delivering meals. This position requires completing paperwork, managing client information in our database, processing new client referrals and other office procedures to support the Supervisor, Client Services.
Major Responsibilities
1. Processes the client referral calls, cancellations, and restarts for client enrollment.
2. Disseminates client information to the appropriate departments.
3. Refers new and current clients to Client Advocates for assessment using internal software and the Referral Log.
4. Provides call center support for the Client Services Program.
5. Creates and securely maintains all client files.
6. Processes daily reports for appropriate departments.
7. Assists with special projects as assigned.
8. May perform other duties as required by workload or supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years clerical and filing experience.
Special Skills, Tools, Technology Requirements
References are required, in writing preferred.
