Location: Miami - Onsite position - NOT REMOTE

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, distributors, and sales team members in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns via telephone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information about products and services.
• Direct customer complaints and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource for resolution.
• Gather and assess relevant information to effectively handle product inquiries.
• Process sales orders, forms, and requests for consignment efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel, Word.
