Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment through completion of thorough Preventative Maintenance (PM) routines, Mold Changes and equipment set-up, and necessary equipment repairs.
2. Work as a team to identify and execute improvements and upgrades to equipment to improve line performance and reduce downtime.
3. Rebuild and repair parts offline.
4. Identify root cause for failures and downtime events and work as a team to implement changes and improvements based on the causes identified.
5. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and basic machine control issues in downtime situations.
6. Complete PMs, check-out parts, document repairs, and create work orders in Computerized Maintenance Management software (Infor EAM).
7. Work in a safe manner following Lockout Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and other critical safety programs.
Experience, Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Our Maintenance Technician should possess a sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation and the desire and focus to improve the business. The Maintenance Technician may be asked to assist in the start-up and operation of production equipment.
Our Maintenance Technician must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Vision: Must be able to prepare and analyze data and figures. Eye sight capable of seeing small defects at distances close to the eyes.
Exertion: Medium Work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
