Clinic Receptionist jobs in Hilton Head Island, SC

A busy specialist office is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position is one of the first and last points of contact that patients and patients family members will have while in the office and therefore, is the first and last chance to make a strong positive impression and plays an important role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and care. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a can do attitude, excellent customer service and time management skills.

Responsibilities are included but not limited to:

• Greet patients and family members in a positive, professional and helpful manner
• Provide directions, information and other assistance as needed
• Monitor physician's schedule to alert patients of wait time
• Scanning documents into patients medical records
• Maintain patient confidentiality of pertinent medical information
• Collect co-pays and balances due
• Performs or assists with non-clinical duties as assigned by Office Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
