Pet Helpers is seeking an organized, motivated individual to work full time (5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts) in our Animal Clinic. Our Clinic Receptionist plays an essential role within our organization and keeps our Clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities will include:

· Schedling surgery and vaccine appointments

· Greeting clients and managing the daily flow of animals in and out of the clinic

· Answering phones, voicemails and emails

· Veterinary medical record data entry

- Registering Microchips

· Processing transactions and receipts

Prior veterinary receptionist experience is great and a previous understanding of Avimark and Petpoint software programs is a HUGE plus!

Experience:

• Veterinary Assistant or Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
