Job Responsibilities

• Administer assessments and write clear and relevant goals for client development.
• Supervise, motivate, and train staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Provide consultation to parents, guardians, IEP teams, and behavior technicians to facilitate effective treatment plans.
• Respond promptly and professionally to communications regarding client or company-related issues.
• Prepare client progress reports with recommendations for future goals to track and support individual growth.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an ABA Case Manager or Supervisor.
• Master's Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
