Reporting to the Director of Neonatal Services, the Nurse Manager NICU will manage an experienced team of NICU Nurses and support staff. The Nurse Manager NICU will be well supported by NICU Nurse Unit Supervisors and NICU Charge Nurses. Working with Women’s and Children’s leadership, the Nurse Manager NICU will be responsible for managing staff and maintaining the standard of care in the department.

The Nurse Manager NICU will be responsible for guiding nursing practice, hiring, and promoting staff performance improvement initiatives. The Nurse Manager NICU will oversee the departmental budget and be responsible for quality improvement of the unit.
