Clinical Data Manager manages all aspects of clinical database design and reporting. Establishes and maintains policies and procedures for gathering, analyzing, and reporting clinical data. Being a Clinical Data Manager standardizes data management procedures and documents departmental operating procedures. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Clinical Data Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Clinical Data Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Clinical Data Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Primary Responsibilities of the Program Manager: 

    • Responsible for multiple program management actions including, but not limited to: Request for Quote coordination, enter/manage Sales Orders, Create WO’s (if needed), Updating schedules and forecast scheduled.
    • Responsible for working with Planning/Production teams to drive sales orders and schedules for all customer products.  Works closely with technical, production and material departments to facilitate the build of customer products through the entire process.
    • Managing build priorities internally & with customer.
    • Providing customers with real-time status updates.
    • Responsible for assuring delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.   Acts as customer liaison and responds to inquiries concerning the product and its current manufacturing status.
    • Manages process readiness by driving effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
    • Responsible for all administrative functions including, but not limited to sales order maintenance, request for information, quoting, organizing, customer meetings and maintaining customer files.

    Qualifications of the Program Manager

    • Associated business/customer service experience
    • 3-5 years of manufacturing environment experience – electronics contract manufacturing preferred
