Your strategic vision will drive operational efficiency, while your direct involvement will ensure that every aspect of our practices operates at its best.
Responsibilities:
Lead from the front, providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and training to practice teams
Dive deep into the operational details, managing Profit & Loss (P&L), staff scheduling, payroll, and accounts payable
Ensure seamless patient experiences and satisfaction across all locations
Collaborate closely on marketing efforts, leveraging your insights to drive growthImplement and enforce policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Manage professional licenses and certifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance
Take ownership of safety procedures and regulations, ensuring the well-being of both patients and staff
Embrace any additional duties or challenges that come your way, demonstrating your commitment to the success of our practices
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred)
5 years of leadership/management experience with customer interaction
5 - 7 years in a professional environment
3 years of dental office management or equivalent
Proficiency in dental performance management software (Eaglesoft and Carestack preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of P&L management and labor lawsAdherence to regulatory guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC)
