This Community Medical Center is part of a Large, Well-Respected Health System and has all essential Hospital and Emergency Care technology as well as a full range of Outpatient Services. The Senior Director Physician Practices of will be key in the continuance of High Quality Care throughout the Ambulatory Clinics.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this Senior Director will support all Clinical Operations. They will have a close working relationship with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Financial Officer to ensure that the Clinical Operations stay in line with the Hospital Operations and Standards. They will oversee all Clinical staff including physicians, nurses, techs, and support staff.
The Senior Director of Physician Practices will oversee staffing, budgeting, and maintain a good working relationship with the different departmental managers to ensure that Physician and Patient needs are met. They will be responsible for performance evaluations and oversee compliance within the Clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in Rural Healthcare and a Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or Public Health.
