The Patient Financial Services Director should have at least a Bachelor’s degree and will also have impressive experience working in a hospital business office. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of hospital billing. These skills are key in successfully providing thoughtful financial guidance to this health system. The Director will oversee all collections, patient billing and reimbursements.
