    Job Description Summary

    • Plan, organize, and direct marketing goals and activities to achieve clinical and financial objectives.
    • Recruit, hire, and develop branch staff while ensuring performance management and disciplinary actions are handled effectively.
    • Oversee home health branch operations, maintaining appropriate staff levels in line with changing census.
    • Review and manage monthly market financial statements.
    • Maintain a good understanding of industry standards and best practices.

    Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Lead the branch in integrating clinical, financial, and operational success.
    • Maintain positive relationships with local facilities, physician offices, and referral sources.
    • Participate in aligning branch goals with organizational objectives.
    • Consult with organizational resources to ensure branch operations comply with policies and procedures.
    • Respond to customer complaints promptly and effectively.

    Position Qualifications

    • Must have a valid RN license in the state of Idaho. Licensed PT's, OT's, or ST's may be considered.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Leadership and supervision abilities.
    • Skilled in negotiation and team collaboration.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and eager to learn new software.
    • Organized, innovative, and flexible with changing priorities.
    • Direct, receptive, and respectful towards all individuals.
