- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure adherence to medical protocols
- Provide direct patient care as needed and assist with complex medical procedures

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols
- Experience in areas such as Dementia care, DME, dialysis, Airway management, catheterization, Primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak/understand Spanish is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and make critical decisions
- CPR certification required;
