About the Role:

IT Solutions Architect will own architectural responsibilities in defining and supporting the implementation of modern Infrastructure platforms, methodologies, programs, processes, standards, organization structure, metrics and approachee in support and growth of our business.

What You Will Do:

• Designs and implements information systems to advance and optimize the enterprise infrastructure. Analyzes system requirements and defines system architecture that will meet business needs, including network / storage / compute infrastructure, capacity planning, protocols, and systems security. 
• Evaluates technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business. Performs as sounding board as well as IT consultant and business leaders to develop IT infrastructure solutions. Promotes organization architecture process and results to organization inclusive of business leaders and enterprise information technology.

• Develops roadmap and implementation plan for infrastructure architecture on basis of IT strategies and business requirements. Defines and establishes a technical strategy, standards, and guidelines in the infrastructure architecture domain.
• Leads, directs and prepares governing principles to drive decision making pertinent to infrastructure architecture.
• Defines conceptual infrastructure architecture diagrams in support of large, complex, and cross capability-area initiatives. Defines, designs and documents services and interfaces and patterns with big picture awareness across the enterprise.
• Defines and implements Interfaces and integration architecture principles, standards, and patterns using established Enterprise Architecture governance processes and frameworks.
• Defines modern infrastructure architecture leveraging public cloud hosting services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and platforms such as AWS / AZURE / GCP along with Big Data and Micro Services capabilities.
• Collaborates, educates, and mentors architects and technical leaders across the firm on infrastructure architecture practices.
• Collaborates with business and IT partners to define transitional and target state infrastructure architectures.
• Collaborates within the enterprise architecture and information management team members to ensure a holistic, enterprise scale value delivery for the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Typically 5 years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Prior experience architecting scalable, secure, and highly available technical solutions.
• Practical experience in strategizing and implementing hybrid, public and private cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) which includes costing models and experience optimizing network performance.
• Prior banking or financial services and products domain experience. We will consider experiences in similar or comparable domains as well.
• Prior experience designing and/or optimizing processes to ensure operational excellence.
• Multiple successes driving infrastructure and integration architecture in an agile/scrum environment.
• Experience successfully planning, influencing, and leading architecture initiatives across IT and business organizations and teams
• Strong organizational and communications skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
