SALARY: Anticipated salary range $150,000.00 - $170,000.00. Actual salary is commensurate with experience and education. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
In support of the strategic plan vision of consistently excellent and equitable student life outcomes, the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Employer Relations is responsible for strategic leadership and coordination of all partnerships with employers and workforce development programming. The Assistant Vice President serves as the college's single point of contact for all interaction with regional employers. The Assistant Vice President leads and manages the Strategic Employer Relations Division. The Assistant Vice President also coordinates and promotes interactions between credit academic programs and employers in collaboration with the Provost, Assistant Provost and Academic Deans. This role prioritizes, cultivates, and implements new relationships with employers. The Assistant Vice President plays a leadership role in the college's Non-Credit/Credit Alignment initiative. Finally, the Assistant Vice President develops resources to support workforce development and employer partnerships.
