Community Development Compliance Specialist ensures the organization's adherence with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) banking laws. Reviews and analyzes lending activity data as well as other activities and policies of the organization to ensure compliance with CRA policies. Being a Community Development Compliance Specialist coordinates the preparation of required government, regulatory, and other compliance documents for all community development activities. Advises management and coordinates with legal staff on potential impact of actions. Additionally, Community Development Compliance Specialist develops and recommends guidelines and standards to assist with compliance. Has current and extensive knowledge of all CRA regulations and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Community Development Compliance Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Community Bridges is looking for a part-time Quality and Compliance Coordinator in Concord, NH!
We are a non-profit agency founded in 1982 with a mission to advance the integration, growth, and interdependence of people with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Building on the strengths of over 1,100 individuals in the greater Capital Area and their families, we work to identify barriers of access to find creative solutions to develop meaningful community engagement.
The Quality & Compliance Coordinator is responsible to provide certification related administrative duties. 50% of the time preparing for certification and 50% of the time quality assurance of certified programs and care tasks. Assists in filling in with direct care needs on an ongoing basis to ensure knowledge of the needs of each residence and to understand the scheduling needs of the individuals that the agency serves.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
Compensation and Benefits
There is a $1000 sign-on bonus for this position - $500 will be paid at the time of hire and $500 will be paid after 6 months in the role.
