Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling and cross-selling Credit Union services to current and potential Credit Union services are to be promoted using the "member benefit-based approach".
- Fully complies with the requirements of all Credit Union policies, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and OFAC Policies.
- Maintains comprehensive understanding of SRP products & services.
- Understand the member needs, provide value added solutions, drive new member relationships.
- Partner effectively with all areas of the organization to reach strategic.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and representatives.
- Serve as a visible brand ambassador, actively engaging in meaningful community activity and networking events to expand potential membership base and continually raise market awareness for SRP.
- Participates in/coordinates SRP’s involvement in business expos, trade shows, and community events.
- Assists with the development, implementation, and execution programs of high-impact, high- visibility community involvement.
- Works in conjunction with the Community Impact Coordinator to maintain branded inventory and coordinate with Marketing on ordering. Ensures events are adequately.
- Cross-trains with and performs as a backup and support for Community Impact Coordinator in Kadince and event planning.
- Cross-trains with Community Development Representative(s) to assist with the development, implementation, coordination, and facilitation of financial literacy programs/seminars to be offered to members, schools, area employers, and the community.
- Plan and coordinate member seminars hosted by Community Development. Work with other departments as required to coordinate and/or facilitate workshops for members and potential members.
- High School Affinity Debit Card Program- Perform as an additional primary contact for school and system administrators. Provide program updates, deliver supplies, and make periodic visits to all participating schools. Assist in the onboarding of new programs.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook Email /Calendar, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer. Experience with multiple presentation software platforms is preferred.
