Position Summary:
The Community Outreach Specialist will conduct community outreach and promotion activities providing education on various health topics and enrolling participants in classes and workshops. The Outreach Specialist must complete any required training. Additional responsibilities include completing and submitting all required documents to Supervisor. Documents include but are not limited to participant attendance logs sign-in sheets and workshop questionnaires. The Outreach Specialist may also be required to perform clerical duties such as data entry making phone calls to participants and preparing workshop packets.
