Position Title: Community Engagement Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for community engagement efforts for the agency through strategic recruitment campaigns and outreach, corporate and community-focused partnership development, and implementation of marketing and social media strategies to initiate the enrollment process with a high level of customer service.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
A successful Community Engagement Specialist will produce positive outcomes in the following areas: volunteer yield, youth yield, and customer satisfaction leading to high match retention.
