The Community Management Professional 2 builds visibility and credibility of organization's products and services throughout community via interactions. Strategizes methods to scale communities and drive greater connections among community members. Engages new community members. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Travel throughout region to provide education about the organization to promote enrollment
Develop new forums to market and educate potential enrollees about the benefit of enrolling with Humana
Work with Provider Relations to develop marketing opportunities within health centers and physician offices
Maintain working knowledge of plan benefit and program changes
Coordinate community health fairs and other informational events
Conduct presentations to community groups in accordance with current approved communications and marketing plans and state regulations
Organize site developments for marketing displays and opportunities to orientate staff and clients/adult students
Reside in the same territory they are assigned to work in; exceptions to this may be considered, due to business need
Regular travel to conduct member visits, provider visits and community based visits as needed to ensure effective administration of the program
Perform any other job related instructions, as requested
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in community outreach and/or marketing and sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows based environment and an ability to quickly learn new systems and ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical difficulties in a remote environment.
Tuberculosis (TB) Screening This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
Driver Safety This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Health related services
Experience in Managed Care or Health Insurance
Prior experience with Medicare & Medicaid recipients.
Previous experience with electronic case note documentation and experience with documenting in multiple computer applications/systems.
Experience with Marketing research skills.
Knowledge of community health and social service agencies and additional community resources.
Additional Information
Workstyle: This is a Field based position requiring work in a combination of work at home and traveling to several non-Humana locations to perform core-based duties.
Work Location: must reside within 50-mile radius of either Paducah or Bowling Green, KY.
Travel: 60-80% within 100 mile radius of Paducah or Bowling Green, KY
Schedule: Must be available to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm Eastern Time Zone (EST) with a willingness to work weekends or after normal business hours to attend events based on business needs.
