The Quality Specialist develops and implements training programs, conducts QA audits, and provides coaching for the IKC Engagement Specialist (VHES) team.
Success in this role requires the ability to design effective training programs, strong coaching and teaching skills, and the ability to develop standardized best-practices.
Quality Specialists will be responsible for special projects, serving as a subject matter expert (SME), and creating and presenting materials for team meetings.
This role may also be responsible for designing pilots and collaborating with partners around new programs and initiatives.
Continued success in direct patient engagement involves rapidly building rapport, tailoring the value proposition to their individual needs, demonstrating best practices and overcoming objections with the goal of engaging the member.
This role reports to the Manager, Operations (IKC).

Salary / Wage Range
