Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist coordinates initiatives designed to promote and represent the organization and brand as a socially responsible force in the community. Administers outreach programs that engage, support, and collaborate with the community to develop and expand relationships. Being a Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist serves as the organization's liaison with various constituents and stakeholders. Assists with the coordination of events, managing volunteers, and applying for grants. Additionally, Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Community Engagement and Outreach Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Interview Process
The interview process for this position will consist of three phases. Job Summary:This position serves as the coordinator for assigned community partnerships. Serving as a community liaison, the community engagement coordinator will work with organizations to develop partnerships that align with HACC's strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, five years of relevant experience or equivalency in business development, community engagement, relationship management and/or results-driven field, two years of relevant experience in customer relationship management or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Licensing Requirements: Valid driver's license.
Hiring Range: $51,488 - $65,648
