Who We Are
The Girl Coalition of Indiana (IGC) is an unprecedented collaboration between six existing Girl Scout councils serving girls in the state of Indiana focused on building new and creative initiatives to expand Girl Scouting. Led by an Executive Director and a team of full-time, girl-focused staff across the state, the IGC will partner deeply with each Girl Scout council as well as youth-serving organizations and other partners to reach girls who need Girl Scouting most.

The Community Engagement Specialist is part of a team of advocates across the State of Indiana working to increase impact of the Girl Coalition of Indiana, including extending the annual State of the Hoosier Girl report to local communities, testing and then scaling pilot initiatives, developing learnings and best practices for community engagement, and advocating for the needs of all girls with local decision makers.
