Responsibilities:

• Forge strong customer relationships and provide expert guidance to drive sales and gain long term customer loyalty
• Engage with the community through personalized interactions, presentations, and events
• Register and manage customer accounts
• Collect data to boost sales performance
• Attend training and planning meetings to stay updated on clients and regulations
• Explain program eligibility, applications, and renewals to community members

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in Community Outreach, Customer Service, Sales, or Volunteering
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Exceptional partnership and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Proactive and outgoing in community interactions
• Patient and understanding in challenging situations
• Passionate about improving our community and enhancing the customer experience

• Monday to Friday
