Community Outreach Representative

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will be an event representative who communicates with our guests and visitors for fundraising organizations.

Each operations personnel needs to deliver a positive new client experience in this role. As a Community Outreach Representative, extensive experience is not required, but we hope to see previous internship or work experience, relevant coursework, and any relevant campus or community involvement.

Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:

1. Attend client workshops
2. Tracking sales and maintaining records
3. General administrative support
4. Create a high-performing fundraising event
5. Planning, managing, and executing events
6. Guest relations and membership management
7. Guest inquiries and donor card organization

Community Outreach Representative Qualifying Skills and Abilities:

1. Strong communication skills
2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize
3. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Comfortable interacting with potential clients and customers 
5. Team player
6. Customer-focused attitude
7. A Second language preferred but not required

Community Outreach Representative Requirements for Consideration:

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred
2. Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or Equivalent 
3. Able to work well with a team as well as independently 
4. Full-Time Availability
5. Ready to work in Reno area
