We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate for our role of Homecare Marketer / Community Outreach Specialist to join our team at Right at Home©, a franchise home care agency. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of sales, marketing, and communication skills.

This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with Hospital staff, community organizations, influencers, and industry professionals.

• Collaborating with Right at Home marketing team to develop content for outreach initiatives.

• Create and execute Right at Home outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

• Planning and executing community events and evaluating the effectiveness of each event.

• Utilizing digital marketing tools such as email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising platforms to reach target audiences

Ideal candidates should have:

• Ability to effectively speak with Case Managers, Social Workers, Hospice Staff Members, and Independent Care Facility Staff Members.

• Proven experience in Community Outreach and Marketing

• Strong experience in healthcare sector

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools are a huge plus

• Strong understanding of Hospital networks and local community needs in terms of healthcare services

• Ability to work with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results
