Primary Accountabilities:
The Alliance for a Healthy Kansas Community Organizer leads the Alliance for a Healthy Kansas effort to engage and organize advocates and the public in order to advance policies that improve the health and well-being of Kansas residents. The Community Organizer plays a vital role in ensuring the success of community meetings around the state and maintaining a relationship with advocates and grassroots organizations.
This position requires the ability to travel and maintain relationships with people from all over Kansas in order to complete events and activities, meeting objectives and established outcomes in a timely and successful manner.
