Compensation and Benefits Director manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Being a Compensation and Benefits Director develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets. Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Additionally, Compensation and Benefits Director manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. May select and manage outsourced providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Compensation and Benefits Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Compensation and Benefits Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is a 188-bed acute care facility located in the heart of downtown Nashua, has a medical staff of over 500 primary and specialty care providers from Foundation Medical Partners, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nashua, and local independent practices. The Medical Center has been a Magnet® hospital since 2006, as well as earning DNV GL Healthcare accreditation, and awards as Lung Care Screening Center, Go Clear Award, and Most Wired Hospital.

    • $600,000 annual Medical Director compensation
    • Medical Director responsibilities include: Assume general administrative responsibility for the anesthesiology department; Participate in monthly schedule management committee meetings with members of the various departments; In conjunction with the Medical Staff, establish and maintain standards of patient care; Assist Sound Physicians and facility in formulating and implementing policies and procedures for patient care delivery
    • Case mix includes Cardiac, OB, Neuro, Ortho, plastics, endo, GI, and trauma
    • Monday – Friday schedule 7a-3p with shared call responsibility
    • Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care

    • In-depth, real-time performance feedback to ensure you have the right technology to drive better patient outcomes
