We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team working Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office procedures.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
