Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and laws. Your role will involve monitoring and assessing compliance risks, implementing policies and procedures, and conducting audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Duties:
- Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures accordingly
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
- Investigate any reported violations or breaches of compliance policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for mitigating compliance risks
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compliance management principles and practices
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, Medicare guidelines, HIPAA regulations, ICD-9, ICD-10 coding systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential compliance risks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
