Celltron is looking for a Compliance Manager that will focus primarily on Department of Defense (DOD) prime contractor requirements, contractual terms, and flow downs. This role is responsible for ensuring Celltron maintains compliance with various requirements from customers, industry standards, and the U.S. Government. These requirements center around government registration requirements, ITAR, FAR/DFARS regulations and all contract as they relate to sourcing of and purchased goods to complete the production of various customer projects and extend to cyber-security compliance as it relates to these same restrictions.
This role is responsible for managing the compliance and contracts workflow, ensuring an efficient and transparent process for processing and management of all contracts. Additionally, coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure clear communication and prompt responses to Celltron customers. The position requires the ability to apply critical thinking while prioritizing a demanding workload effectively and meeting multiple deadlines.
