Being a Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Job is on call and hours can vary depending on jobs - person needs to be available upon request.
Set up: Forms for flatwork, and many other forms of concrete such as stairs, curbs, walls, and more is desired.
*Concrete: Pour, screed, edge, bull float, trowel, and broom concrete.
Tools: Having basic tools such as hammers, saws, and other tools is a plus but not required.
Own Vehicle: Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to different project sites as required.
Qualifications:
Experience in finishing concrete.
Drivers license.
