Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher creates, smoothes, and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks, or curbs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Concrete and Terrazzo Finisher performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Duties will consist of:
Running Jobsite start to finish, operating equipment, delegating proper instructions for success in job completion, operates power and hand tools in the performance of duties, removing existing concrete, form setting, carpentry skills, grading, installing rebar, placing and finishing concrete-- puddler’s, finishers, screed board operator’s, mop operator’s.
