We are currently seeking a responsible and motivated individual to join our team as a Floor Technician/Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company truck, mobilizing equipment to job sites, and organizing storage. Additionally, you will also provide support as a floor technician for our various flooring projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safely drive the company truck to transport equipment, materials, and crew to job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Organize and maintain the storage area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and in working order
- Collaborate with project managers and floor technicians to complete flooring projects as assigned
- Prep and clean up job sites, ensuring all necessary equipment and tools are available
- Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform tasks as assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid and clean driver's license
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience as a floor technician or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
