Your Role

Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in the success of our business as the first line of contact to our customers. The target is to ensure customer service excellence. Will act as a back up to warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• -Answers phone calls

• -Maintains branch order email inbox

• -Provides product knowledge

• -Builds sales, enters orders,

• -Ensures orders are filled for pick up or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required.

• -Looks up inventory

• -Quotes customers

• -Provides support to Branch Staff.

• -Communicates with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction.

• -Provides support to customers and sales team.

• -Pick and stage customer orders, loading and unloading with forklift.

• -Performs all other duties as assigned.
  

Minimum Job Qualifications

• -2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
