Job Description
The Credit Analyst develops and analyzes all types of credit information. The successful candidate prepares complete loan packages independently for small to mid size loans, completes all documents, including projections, prepares analyses and makes the appropriate recommendations. The Credit Analyst assists with preparation of larger and more complex loan packages. The successful candidate improves professionalism associated with loan servicing, monitoring, and reporting. The Credit Analyst provides assistance to Relationship Managers as needed in loan servicing and processing as needed, as well as performs timely and efficient processing of assigned loans.
Required Qualifications
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Possesses a working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing and other customized software
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment
• Supports and explains reasoning for decisions
• Uses intuition and experience to complement data
• Effective group presentation skills
