We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Consumer Lending Sales Consultant to join our team.
As a our Consumer Lending Sales Consultant, you will assist members in completing loan applications over the phone and/or elecronically.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all members communications and data input.
Contribute to a collaborative team enviroment that promotes positive working relationships and productivity.
Maintain a high level of understanding on consumer products and features to identify, review and promote appropriate products to members.
Interview consumer loan applicants and provide information on consumer loan products that best fit member's needs. Request, review and deliver all appropriate documentation to underwriting department.
Identify cross-sell opportunities through meaningful conversations and analysis of credit bureau reports.
Ensure applicable regulation and compliance is met in consideration, opening and closing of all product types offered by Members First.
Ability to understand and solve problems, analyze and interpret data, manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and apply attention to detail.
Have an understanding of a wide range of Members First procedures, processes and policies to effectively support member needs and daily departmental activity.
Has a thorough understanding of Members First mission, engages set goals that support the overall mission and strategy.
