  • CorTech is currently recruiting for a Mortgage Loan Collector in Richmond, Virginia. This role is primarily responsible for payment collection on early-stage delinquent accounts (1-2 months past due).

    Duties:
    • Take inbound and outbound calls to mortgage borrowers in reference to their account.
    • Retrieve finance data from borrowers to determine payment options.
    • Accurately document and maintain incoming and outgoing effords to collect the debt.
    • Provide excellent customer service to borrowers.
    • Address concerns presented by borrowers regarding collections on their accounts.
    • Process phone payments,
    • Negotiate/offer repayment plans.
    • Discuss loss mitigation
    • Offer COVID related forbearance to eligible borrowers

    Schedule:
    Monday - Thursday 12:30pm - 9:00pm
    Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm
    2 Saturday a month: 9:00am - 1:00pm (required)
