POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive change agent to fill our Quality Assurance Manager role in Greenville, SC. This role will be primarily focused on driving innovation and improvement in our quality assurance processes. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing new quality control procedures while updating existing protocols to better align with business needs. This candidate will serve as the primary customer-facing Quality Representative, effectively communicating quality issues and updates to clients while devising solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive change and lead a team in reworking existing processes and procedures to make a tangible difference.
