Contact Center Traffic and Scheduling Analyst, Sr. jobs in Medford, OR

We are looking for a F / T phones and scheduling individual with great customer service and computer skills. Able to handle multiple line phones, direct calls to different departments, take detailed messages, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, confirm patient insurance and information, answer questions to patients, some insurance authorizations, work at a fast pace, must be detailed, excellent customer service, and handle multiple tasks with constant interruptions.

Scheduler Job Responsibilities :

• Answers phones
• Email
• Schedule and confirms appointments
• Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence
• Collecting customer information
• Managing assignments.

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.

As of Oct. 18, 2021, Oregon is requiring all healthcare employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, with limited exceptions.

Vaccinations are required as this is an essential part of the role.
