The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience writing and updating content on websites using CMS.This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and at our client's Reading, PA headquarters, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.Responsibilities: Publish engaging marketing content across external web properties using the CMS platform. Conduct content audits, inventories, and mapping activities, providing recommendations for enhancements. Regularly review and update existing content to ensure relevancy and accuracy. Develop and maintain copy guidelines and tone-of-voice that resonate with our users and convey the brand identity. Ensure quality assurance of all content and manage necessary approvals. Write, edit, and proofread web content as required. Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance search engine optimization through research and writing. Work closely with a diverse team including designers, product managers, creatives, and developers to deliver cohesive digital experiences. Excel in both macro and micro copy, crafting everything from long-form content to button text and error messages. Support the Creative Team by creating ad and social media copy. Advocate for clear and effective language in product and web design. Demonstrate a high level of digital aptitude and adaptability. Qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 5 years of experience Education: Bachelors Proficiency with content management systems. Exceptional proofreading and editing skills. Preferred experience with Photoshop. Understanding of SEO principles. Familiarity with AP style. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
